The Cyprus Hospitality Awards are an institution of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism which, in cooperation with the Cyprus Hospitality Body, recognizes and rewards people who are active in the wide range of tourism and hospitality.The awards include award categories in two main pillars:
Hospitality Experience
It includes award categories, on an individual and/or group level, for which the public is invited to submit a reasoned and thorough nomination, nominating a specific individual and/or group of individuals who have demonstrated excellent hospitality by going above and beyond the call of duty, offering exemplary hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences for the visitor during their stay in Cyprus.
Online Reputation
Includes award categories at the corporate level, for which the public is not required to submit nominations. The second pillar awards businesses/organisations that have been distinguished by the ratings of visitors to Cyprus on the various online rating platforms for the overall image of the products and/or services they provide. The winner in each category is automatically determined by the Online Reputation Management (ORM) system of the Ministry of Tourism, which collects and analyses the ratings of visitors to Cyprus as posted on the various online rating platforms.
