The Cyprus Agricultural Payments Agency (CAP) is pleased to announce that it has completed payments to the beneficiaries of Intervention A.A. 1.5 "Commitment to reduce the use of antibiotics" of the Strategic CAP Plan of Cyprus for the programming period 2023-2027, for the year 2023.
Intervention A.A. 1.5 provides for a three-year programme of activities, including management commitments, which contribute to disease prevention and the reduction of antibiotic use in pigs.
The amount of € 1,158,501.27 was paid to the beneficiaries. 80% of the funding came from European funds and 20% from national funds.
