In the context of the upgrade of the services provided by Cyprus Post to citizens, from Monday, 2 October 2023, for EMS parcel and courier services (barcode starting from C and E respectively), Delivery Choice is offered.
For those items not subject to customs control and provided that a valid mobile phone number or email address is available, upon arrival of the item in Cyprus, a message will be sent with a link to the Delivery Choice website. The link will be active until 6.00 am the following day.
The recipient will have the following delivery options. The recipient can choose a system located in his/her province, based on his/her postal code. [*]Collection from the Post Office serving his postal code. [*]Home delivery to an address other than that shown on the label, e.g., work address, neighbor's sub-station, etc. [*]Home delivery to the original address on the item's label.
The choice of delivery method is not compulsory. If not selected, the item will be delivered at home.
Please note that there is no charge for the above service, nor will the recipient be required to enter any personal data.
