It is with great pleasure that I am here today at the presentation of the book "Lydia" by the author Suzi Makri, published by Elias Epifaniou.

As a patient expert, Ms. Suzi Makri has at various times served as a board member of non-profit organizations for fibromyalgia and rheumatic diseases. As a volunteer at the Cyprus Rheumatopaths Association, she is involved in patient empowerment and education regarding the management of chronic diseases.

Through her fourth book, "Lydia", personal experiences and experiences are revealed, which helped Suzi Makri to become the person she is today. Her heroine, Lydia, learns that sharing your thoughts, phrases and pain is both redemptive for you and beneficial for a fellow human being who may be facing similar situations. Lydia even recognizes the importance of accepting a situation in order to draw strength, energy and courage to be able to climb the mountains of challenges. Only then will she successfully navigate tomorrow, no matter what comes her way.

Suzi Makri's status as a writer enhances the whole healing effort, as reading books helps people cope with mental, physical, emotional or social problems. Although the screen has conquered our lives, the experience of reading remains a necessity for human beings, as it offers the possibility of developing imagination and creativity.

In fulfilling its commitment to support the cultural sector, the Government encourages the upgrading of cultural creation and promotes the Action Plans of the Ministry of Culture, which will bring citizens closer to the ancient, traditional and modern culture of our country.

In order to support the cultural sector, the Government encourages the upgrading of cultural creation and promotes the Action Plans of the Ministry of Culture, which will bring citizens closer to the ancient, traditional and modern culture of our country. The Ministry of Culture has also planned actions as part of our efforts to use culture as a fundamental means of promoting the health and well-being of citizens. In our times, culture can and must function as a constant dialogue with society in order to achieve both its sustainability and its use in social and health issues. Based on the findings of recent studies, it is now accepted that culture and art can contribute significantly to the mental and physical well-being of individuals, regardless of their age.

Good luck with your new book!
