No country other than Russia has ever opened fire on nuclear power plants, the Ukrainian president says in a new message
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky today accused Russia of "nuclear terrorism", that he wanted a "repeat" of the Chernobyl disaster -where the worst nuclear accident in history unfolded - after Russian troops bombed the Zaporizhzhya nuclear plant in central Ukraine, the largest of its kind in Europe, on the ninth day of the invasion.
"We warn the whole world about the fact that no country other than Russia has ever opened fire against nuclear power plants."

"We warn the whole world about the fact that no country other than Russia has ever opened fire against nuclear power plants. This is the first time in our history, the first time in the history of mankind. This terrorist state is now resorting to nuclear terrorism," he denounced.
