He denies rumours that he has fled the country

Ukrainian President's adviser Mikhail Podolyak said that Volodymyr Zelensky is in Kiev, denying rumours that the President has fled the Ukrainian capital.

He also said Ukraine is in control of the territories that were attacked.

At the same time, a video circulating on Twitter shows Volodymyr Zelensky outside the presidential palace with his team, addressing his people and saying, "We are here, we are in Kiev, we are defending Ukraine."
