A deadline was requested and received for the 18-year-old, who is accused of raping a girl of the same age on Sunday morning during a coming of age party of classmates[/b] and friends in Volos, to answer to the investigating judge the day after Thursday.
The young man, who was identified and arrested on Monday in Thessaloniki where he studies, after the 18-year-old girl complained that she had been raped, was taken to court today in the presence of his lawyer, who requested a deadline to be informed about the case file.
The apology of the 18-year-old will take place the day after tomorrow, along with the 18-year-old who was also arrested on Sunday in Volos and accused of complicity in rape.
