A 21-year-old man from Nicosia,[/B] who earlier this month had a serious industrial accident, is still in a critical condition.[/B]

His relatives are appealing, via social media, for people to come to a blood donation as young Andreas is in immediate need of blood. Specifically, as stated in a post, there is a need for Omicron positive or negative blood group.[/B] It is clarified that the blood donation is taking place at the Blood Center in Egkomi.

"Please those who have the specific blood group or can donate to the specific group and can donate blood to do so immediately, thank you!" the statement concludes.

It is recalled that the accident occurred on the morning of February 4 when the 21-year-old was attempting to install an air conditioner in a building under renovation in Nicosia.
