A second source close to the Ukrainian government said that in addition to Ukrainian intelligence agencies, the US government has informed Ukraine that Belarus is preparing to invade their territories.
As CNNi notes, the news was first reported by the Washington Post just hours before the delegations of the two warring parties met for negotiations.
