The occupied announced two deaths and 296 new cases of coronavirus on Friday.
In total, 13,696 tests were performed to detect cases of COVID-19.
Of the 296 cases, 100 were detected in occupied Nicosia, 77 in Kyrenia, 71 in occupied Famagusta, 16 in Trikomo, 22 in Morphou and 10 in Lefka.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 72,586 cases and 203 were recorded in areas not controlled by the Republic of Cyprus.
