Handcuffs were put on two persons 32 and 34 years old in Limassol for a case of knife crime and illegal possession of burglary tools.
The two were stopped for checking by members of the OPE at dawn and after a check carried out in the vehicle, various burglary tools - such as screwdrivers, scissors, pliers and pliers - as well as 267 pieces of copper pipes were found.
The suspects did not give any answer for the recovered items, while a knife was found in the passenger's possession.
The case is being investigated by the Limassol CID.
