The remains of EOKA's young hero Dimitrakis Demetriades have been identified, the Commissioner of the Presidency, Fotis Fotiou, announced to his family today,
t№6 According to a statement by the Presidency, Mr. Fotiou paid a visit to the home of his brother Dimitrakis Demetriades in Larnaca. The meeting was also attended by other members of the Demetriades family.t№8 As reported, during the meeting, the Commissioner of the Presidency informed the family that the scientific procedures have been completed and as a result, the bones of little hero Demetrakis Demetriades have been identified. The remains belonging to a small child had been identified on 30.10.21, in a multiple burial site in the cemetery of St. George Kontos.
