Heavy rains have been falling across the island since last night. The rainfall caused the Pediaios River to overflow, resulting in the closure of surrounding roads to traffic.
According to the police, Alexandroupoleos Street, near the Strovolos Town Hall parking lot and Euthros Stavros Street have been closed.
