The Decree of the Minister of Health regulates the test to stay for students who are close contacts
The new decree of the Minister of Health was published on Thursday with new measures to contain the pandemic, which come into force on 31 January 2022 at 00:00.00 am and expire on 17 February 2022 at 23.59 pm, unless otherwise stated in the Regulations of this Decree.
According to the Decree, from 28 January 2022, students of private and public primary schools and public and private secondary schools who are close contacts of confirmed positive COVID-19 cases within the school unit, who according to the health protocols of the Ministry of Health are required to remain in mandatory confinement, may continue to attend the school unit with physical presence, provided that they undergo a rapid antigen detection test for COVID-19 on a daily basis, on school working days and for a period of 7 days from the date of the close contact, in the school unit.
In addition, they may continue to attend school if they hold a certificate of completed vaccination or a valid certificate of convalescence shall be subjected on a daily basis for a period of 6 days to a rapid antigen detection test at the school facility:
It is understood that if a positive case of COVID-19 is detected, the health protocols of the Ministry of Health shall be followed.
