So she will come back after the court appoints her a lawyer in the meantime.

The murder was revealed after the autopsy conducted by the medical examiner as earlier the single stab wound suffered by the victim at the level of the heart had not been noticed either by the ambulance crew that arrived at the couple's house or by the doctors at the hospital where he was taken.

The police were informed of the homicide at noon on Friday. By that time the available evidence pointed to a sudden death.

When police officers went to the apartment they found no trace of blood. Investigating the case they were led to the 55-year-old woman who had made the call to the ambulance. The woman confessed to her crime and handed over to the police the knife she had used, an ordinary kitchen knife.

In fact, when asked by the police why she had killed him, she told them that they had argued and she couldn't take it anymore.

The 55-year-old woman, who worked occasionally in elderly care, had anger and alcoholism problems, while the victim, the 55-year-old man, who had a child from a previous marriage, had mental health problems.

In particular, the 55-year-old suffered from depression and was often threatened by his partner, especially when she drank and got drunk.

Last Thursday, the arguments between the couple became more intense, resulting in the 55-year-old taking a kitchen knife and plunging it into her partner's heart.
