As reported to the Court by the examiner of the case , Sergeant of the Paphos Traffic Police, the 44-year-old suspect denies any involvement with the case. The offences he faces are causing death by negligence, causing death by reckless, reckless and dangerous act, leaving the scene, and the offence of manslaughter.
The family will not accept condolences due to measures to prevent the spread of the Covid- 19 pandemic. The relatives of the deceased request that instead of wreaths, contributions be made to the family.
