Residents in various areas in Pafos District are upset[/B] because of thieves who are taking rides and attempting to break into houses.
According to information from the Cyprus[/B][/B] Times[/B], three unidentified men[/B] stole a saloon car from the area of Chloraka last night.[/B] With this car they moved around in various parts of the province today, even attempting to break into residences but in some cases they were noticed and fled.
The perpetrators, according to information gathered by the police, moved in the morning in the areas of Chloraka and Kissonerga, while around noon the vehicle (mazda saloon with registration numbers XQ 593) was initially seen in Tala and a little later, in the villages of Peristerona and Skouli.
Police patrols are conducting continuous checks while citizens, whose homes were entered by the brazen robbers, are upset[/B] and are calling on the state to take measures to protect them.
Indeed, in one case in Chloraka, two of the three robbers entered a house as a mother with her little child was inside. When the mother suddenly saw them in front of her, she panicked and started shouting, causing them to flee with the third robber who was waiting in the car.
