Stathis Panagiotopoulos His legs were cut off with the prosecution for felony Waiting to go easy

Stathis Panagiotopoulos[/B] spent his first night in detention, with the former Radio Arvyla presenter remaining there over the weekend, as he will plead guilty on Monday to the felony offense, which can carry a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.

According to reports, Stathis Panagiotopoulos received a phone call from a relative who is standing by him, while MEGA reports that he did not ask anyone to visit him.

The former host of Radio Arvila seems quite worried, as he now understands that the confidence he felt at the beginning, that his case will be treated as a misdemeanor, no longer exists. Everything... froze for Stathis Panagiotopoulos when he heard the prosecutor prosecute him for a felony.

The authorities' investigations continue

However, the police continue their investigations and "dusted" the presenter's house in Alonissos, in order to find out if there were videos of erotic content on laptops and computers.

So everything depends on what is found on these computers, while investigations continue to determine whether there were other platforms on the Internet, where he may have uploaded videos.

The former anchorman will enter a plea next Monday for the felony offense he is charged with, which carries a sentence of up to ten years in prison.

The charge includes the communication of personal data concerning the sexual life of natural persons, repeatedly, with intent to harm another, to the degree of a felony.

"In fact, all the files that have been formed are pending and we are waiting for more evidence with other ladies who will be called to testify," added the lawyer of one of the victims, Stavroula Brili.

According to information so far, at least nine girls have been recorded in the controversial videos that the former presenter is accused of uploading on the internet, without their knowledge.

Code like... identity

As MEGA revealed, Stathis Panagiotopoulos' claim that he deleted the visual material three years ago but someone unknown extracted it and leaked it to a foreign site has not convinced the authorities investigating the case.

They are mainly focusing on the password of the user who posted the pink videos, which includes a number referring to the accused presenter's date of birth.

"It has nothing to do with the posts that exist and were found on various websites by an unknown person who may have had them in his possession," argued Stathis Panagiotopoulos' lawyer George Dakouras.
