The 30-year-old woman complained to the Star that it wasn't even "revenge pornography" "He didn't do it after we broke up, but during our relationship" "I was informed by a friend who recognised me in a video"

"He didn't do it after we broke up, but during our relationship," said the 30-year-old now-girl who accused Stathis Panagiotopoulos of Radio Arvila of leaking videos with sexual content from their intimate moments.

The 30-year-old told Star that the claims of revenge pornography are "not valid", since the leak of the video happened from the beginning of their acquaintance, while she claimed "it seems he had a penchant for it."

"Because from the 20 days of our acquaintance, he uploaded the first video and some photos and he didn't just do it to me."

"Because from the 20 days of our acquaintance, he uploaded the first video and some photos and he didn't just do it to me. He had a channel for about 10 years and there were eight videos and a lot of pictures of other women on there that is. When I joined I saw a lot of material, on two channels, on two websites of such content," she said.

She was informed by a friend that he recognized her in a video

The young woman claims that Stathis Panagiotopoulos "also had a blog which he still has to this day. He hasn't taken it down, and I don't know why. I was informed by a friend of mine who recognized me in a video and so I searched and found everything else. A lawsuit was filed, I never got it back. He just basically approached me to work it out of court, telling me he regretted it but I never withdrew the lawsuit. It's from 2019 my lawsuit."

The case was delayed due to coronavirus "and was adjourned to February because he called in sick when I had seen him on the island walking around normally. Obviously I knew it was this man because he was the sole owner of this particular material and also his house is clearly visible from some places, and this surprised me. So how he did it so blatantly."

"I was initially tracked down, I filed the lawsuit and the whole thing took about a month, until I collected the evidence and the corresponding links. He posted 3 videos initially and these were even replicated overseas. The first video was uploaded in 2016 while we were in a relationship I just didn't realize it until my girlfriend told me. When I filed the lawsuit, he escaped custody, I don't know, wasn't he informed? Because while I was filing the lawsuit, she uploaded a fourth video of me. Even now they are still there, because other people are reproducing them.

When I met him, I was 24 years old. It's shocking all this is happening and right now I don't want more publicity, it's soul-destroying," he said of Stathis Panagiotopoulos.

The public apology

Stathis Panagiotopoulos, early Tuesday morning, in a written statement, publicly "apologized" to his wife and former colleagues on the show "Radio Arvyla".

Specifically, in the "apology" he says:

"On the occasion of a complaint that reached social media about me, I feel the need to write the following: I committed an unacceptable act against a man who had not harmed me. I did this act under the influence of bad circumstances in my life with no intention of writing, insulting or harming anyone. It was a huge imprudence, the worst I have ever done and I am facing the consequences.

I bitterly regret it and honestly, in fact, not a day goes by today that I don't regret it. I have apologized to the person in question and made amends in person without considering my remorse to negate the awfulness of my action. I now apologize publicly.

I also apologize to my fellow friends on the show I co-host, who had no idea of my faux pas, and I put them in a very awkward position. Henceforth I am abstaining from the show wanting to relieve them of this embarrassment. I sincerely repented, and I can only apologize once again from the bottom of my heart to the person I offended."
