The US State Department sent an urgent message to all US embassies in Europe telling them not to retweet the US Embassy in Kiev's tweet characterizing the attack on the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant by Russia this morning.
The message is an indication that the U.S. government may not support the embassy's claim of war crimes.
