Handcuffs to two persons for the robberies of kiosks in Paphos - They quickly occupied the authorities 27 year old man admitted involvement - Linked to other cases - Wanted and for restaurant robbery a 26-year-old - Before the Court today

The cases of armed robberies in kiosks of Pafos in recent times are being led to full investigation. Police last night made two arrests of Greek Cypriots aged 26 and 27, who were wanted for the cases in the previous days.

According to information, the two persons regularly engaged the authorities with drug cases, thefts and burglaries.

The 27-year-old has reportedly already admitted his involvement in some of the five armed robberies of kiosks committed in the last ten days in Paphos, while he also admitted to the theft from a pharmacy in Polis Chrysochous. He has also been linked to other cases of theft and arson of a vehicle.

The 26-year-old was also wanted for an earlier robbery of a restaurant. Both are expected to be arraigned today before the Paphos District Court for the issuance of pre-trial detention orders.
