Road works in Larnaca and Limassol Districts

1. Construction works of water pipelines on the old Nicosia - Limassol road

The Larnaca District Engineer's Office, Department of Public Works, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, announces that during the period 2/3/2022 - 31/3/2022, daily except Sundays and public holidays, on the old Nicosia - Limassol road, between 07:00 - 16:00, water pipeline construction works will be carried out by the Water Development Department.

During the execution of the works, part of the old Nicosia - Limassol road, within the community of Kofinou, will be closed in sections in two phases, approximately 290 metres and 390 metres long at a time, and traffic will be diverted through adjacent roads.

2. Bridge maintenance works on the Limassol - Paphos motorway

The Limassol District Engineer's Office, Public Works Department, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, announces that on Monday 28/2/2022 and Tuesday 1/3/2022, between the hours of 08:30 - 14:00, bridge maintenance works will be carried out on the Limassol - Paphos motorway, in the section Erimi - Petra tou Romiou.

During the execution of the works, the express lane will be closed in sections over a length of 100m. The Department of Public Works apologizes for the unavoidable inconvenience that will be caused and invites the public to show the necessary understanding and comply with the temporary road signs and the instructions of the Police.
