Reactions of TC politicians to the murder of Falyali Call for an immediate solution The first information from the court

He regrets the murder of the TC businessman Khalil Falyali and his driver, expressed today the T/C leader and added that he had contacted the occupation army and the "police" about the incident. Ersin Tatar described Falialiali as "a remarkable person" and conveyed his condolences to his family.


Mr. Tatar said that at the present moment his greatest desire is to identify the perpetrators. He also added that the incident caused grief in his community.

As part of his statements, Mr Tatar said that at the time of the murder, last night, there was bad weather conditions at sea and the presence of the "coast guard". For this reason, the possibility of the perpetrators leaving the occupied territories by sea is ruled out.

On the murder of Falialiyali, "Prime Minister" Faiz Suzhouoglu also commented, saying that the "government" will closely follow the investigations.

Suzhouoglu contacted the head of the "police" and was informed about the investigation being carried out in the occupied territories.

According to the "prime minister", on Wednesday morning, the "police" found shell casings and bullets at the scene of the murder. He also said that investigations by the "police" were continuing and that the information that the perpetrators fled across the sea was not confirmed.

The "Prime Minister" conveyed his condolences to the Falialiali family and expressed his regret over the murder.



All TC politicians called for an immediate solution to the murder of Faliyali in their reactions. People's Party (PL) leader Kudret Ozersai referred to the importance of identifying the perpetrators. A similar message was given by the National Unity Party (NUP) cadre, Ozdemir Berova.

CA President Erhan Arikli said that the police should also investigate the international dimensions of this murder. The sense of security has been irreparably damaged, said PKK President Toufan Erhiuran.

Meanwhile, according to Yeni Dusen, the "police" informed the "court" in charge of "hearing" the Falyali case about the first information and indications concerning the murder.

According to the T/C newspaper, "inspector" Murat Bayram testified to the "court" that a long-barreled weapon was used in the murder and that shell casings were found at the crime scene. Mr. Bayram added that a person who was spotted at the time of the murder in the area in a rented vehicle had been "detained". According to the latest information, Falyali's funeral is scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday.
