The suspense over the results of the toxicology tests of 24-year-old Georgia, which are expected to "shed light" on the controversial case of her alleged rape at dawn on New Year's Eve in a luxury hotel in Thessaloniki, is prolonged.
According to the local website voria.gr, the Swiss contacted the forensic experts of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki laboratory today at noon and informed them that not all the analyses have been completed yet.
As soon as they are completed, they are expected to be sent by e-mail late this afternoon.
When will it reach the authorities
The conclusion from Switzerland is expected to be translated and incorporated into the file with all the analyses made at the AUTH laboratory for the drugs and narcotics known in the Greek market.
The file with the final conclusion, which will be one, will be delivered to the authorities tomorrow by the AUTH laboratory.
It is noted that the urine sample of the 24-year-old woman was sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine of the University of Bern in order to make the analyses for alcohol levels but mainly to detect the existence or not of specific metabolites and synthetic drugs that have circulated in recent months in the illegal market and can not be identified by the laboratory of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
