Queen Elizabeth has cancelled a pre-Christmas family dinner, a Buckingham Palace source has said.
"The pre-Christmas family dinner will not take place. The decision is a precautionary one as there is a feeling that if it takes place it will jeopardise too many people's plans for the holidays," he added.
