Speaking after the meeting at Larnaca Hospital, the Minister of Health said that it was decided that in the first phase another 6 ICU beds would be added, with the possibility to develop another 6 if necessary under certain conditions.
As explained, the aim is to strengthen and complete the Intensive Care Unit of Larnaca Hospital.
Asked to respond on possible new measures, Hadjipandela referred to the meeting he will have tomorrow with the team of scientists.
Asked about the increase in hospitalizations observed yesterday, 16 new admissions in total, Hadjipandela commented that there does not seem to be a big increase, adding that the data will be evaluated again this afternoon.
The Minister responded to fire on diagnostic centres
