Case of threats against the Principal of Empa Elementary School, which allegedly came from a 32-year-old parent of a student, in connection with the implementation of the provisions of the decree of the Ministry of Health, is being investigated by the Paphos Police.
According to Pafos Assistant Police Director Michalis Ioannou, on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at around noon, a complaint was made to the Pafos Police Directorate by a Headmistress of the Embas Primary School that on the same day a 32-year-old man, who resides in Paphos, contacted the School's Secretariat by telephone and demanded that the employee of the Secretariat speak to the Headmistress of the school.
The employee told him that at that moment the Headmistress could not speak and then he allegedly threatened that he would go to the complainant's residence and cause harm to her husband and children.
As complained by the complainant, this person frequently communicated with the school, demanding and threatening about various issues related to the provisions of the Ministry of Health's coronavirus decree.
An arrest warrant[/B]
was issued against the 32-year-old man[/B] and the Paphos Police are continuing the investigation.
