Faced with new allegations is the detained 37-year-old priest who allegedly raped the underage girl in Kato Patissia.

In particular, in the ANT1 show "Morning Press" Ms. Alexandra, who owns an escort office in Pagrati, revealed that "the priest was taking prostitutes whom he took to an apartment in Pagrati. Many times he dressed them in robes, while he kept the underwear of the girls and paid them with coins..."

At the same time, the lawyer of the priest, Mr. Konstantinos Gagos, denies that there are new allegations and statements against his client. As he pointed out in a strong tone, "I do not deal with pimps and perverts, now her details and her phone numbers to the competent authorities."

Regarding the 14-year-old girl's rape case, Mr. Gagos explained that "it started from a complaint. From that complaint the police authorities started to do surveillance for months and found nothing. All this time the police officers were obliged in case they found any offence or felony to directly inform the chief prosecutor and an arrest was made".

At the same time, the lawyer, in an interview also given to the MEGA program "Smile and Again", insisted that the priest is only accused of one rape offense and that there are no other statements against the priest.

He specifically said: "All of late there has been a constant report of new allegations and statements. There is a documentary reality and a television reality. The documentary reality has not changed. There is one complaint concerning the offence of rape. Because of this offence a serious investigation was launched by the police, who followed the priest for a long time and could not find anything. If there was an autopsy, a misdemeanor, a felony, the police would form a case file, make an arrest and go to the prosecutor."

He also added that the forensic examination proves that the statement of the minor does not correspond to the forensic report, which means that the rape is not confirmed.

The forensic expert Mr. Gregory Leon said that the main finding that will be studied forensically is whether or not the hymen is intact and stressed that the details of the forensic report will shed light on the case.
