The Ministry of Health issued a clarifying announcement on the lifting of the entry ban on people with no vaccination history or people who have not completed their vaccination programme.



Specifically, the Ministry clarifies that:

(a) as of February 21, 2022, the ban on persons who do not have a history of vaccination, or have not completed their vaccination regimen, entering eating places is lifted, entertainment centres, music and dance halls, stadiums, theatres, cinemas, theatres, theatres, weddings, christenings and accommodation in hotels or tourist accommodation.

SafePassSafePass by age for the above-mentioned places:


  • 0-5 years old: no laboratory test required.
    [*]6-11 years: test required (Rapid test) with a negative result on a weekly basis.
    [*]12 years and older: requires a test (Rapid test) with a negative result of 24 hours.

Requirements SafePass by age for all other sites:


  • 0-5 years: no laboratory test required.
  • 6-11 years of age: negative test (Rapid test) is required with a negative result on a weekly basis.
    [*]12-17 years of age: Negative test (PCR or Rapid test) with a negative result of 72 hours.
    [*]18 years and older: A negative test (Rapid test) with a 48-hour negative result or a 72-hour PCR test is required.
