The Ministry attributes the morning hassle with the test to stay to outbreaks and contacts Crews did not appear in several places What the Ministry of Health reports in detail
Announcement on the morning mess with the test to stay from the Ministry of Health, attributing the sudden non-appearance of crews in some schools across the country to the detection of cases or close contacts.
"Regarding the non-staffing of sampling points under the "test to stay" measure observed today in school units, the Ministry of Health informs that this is due to the detection of cases and close contacts in officials staffing the sampling units," reads a statement sent a short while ago.
As stated, "The Ministry of Health immediately proceeded to channel students to neighboring schools and dispatch backup units to the affected locations."
In conclusion, the Ministry apologizes for the inconvenience suffered by parents and students as a result of these circumstances, while "coordination efforts are being intensified to further increase sampling points in schools" as stated.
However, speaking on ANT1's midday show Mera Merideri, the Spokesman of the Minister of Health Konstantinos Athanasiou, indicated that since the morning when the relevant information was provided, a decision had to be taken to protect parents and students from possible dispersion. And he referred to problems in about 20 schools.
In any case, in the morning, parents and students again suffered great inconvenience when children could not take the test and then go to their classes and had to go to other schools.
Of course, problems have been recorded for days, with the Minister indicating that the measure should not be reset.
