The arrest of a 37-year-old Larnaca resident, yesterday, the Police proceeded to facilitate the interrogation of a case of illegal possession of drugs for the purpose of supplying them to another person.
Around 6pm yesterday, members of the Police stopped the car driven by the 37 year old man on a road in Larnaca.
During the subsequent check, a small bag was found in the 37-year-old's possession, inside which there were three nylon packets containing cannabis weighing a total of 80 grams.
The 37-year-old was arrested for an offence of his own accord and was taken into custody to facilitate interrogations.
YKAN (Larnaca District Police Station) is investigating the case.
