China's friendship with Russia is "strong as a rock" and the prospects for bilateral cooperation are very broad, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said today.
Cooperation between China and Russia brings benefits and contributes to the prosperity of the peoples of both countries, the Chinese minister said at his annual press conference on the sidelines of the annual session of the Chinese parliament, noting that third parties should not interfere with Beijing's bilateral relations with Moscow.
At the same time, Wang noted that the Chinese Red Cross will provide assistance to Ukraine, while reiterating his call for continued dialogue.
