The case, which concerns the offences of theft from a company official and money laundering from illegal activities, was reported on December 30 by the chairman of the theatre's board of directors and Limassol mayor, Nikos Nicolaides, after the completion of an audit by an independent auditing firm.

It is recalled that, as reported last week in court, during the personal detention process of the 61-year-old, he allegedly had full control of the theatre's receipts.
