Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides condemned on Thursday in a telephone conversation with his Saudi counterpart Faisal bin Farhan the attacks by Houthi rebel terrorists against Saudi Arabia and outside the country.
In a post on Twitter, the ministry said of the phone call between the two ministers that Mr. Kasoulides "condemned the wave of attacks by Houthi paramilitary terrorists against Saudi Arabia and beyond."
"It is crucial that the culprits are held accountable for the fact that they have endangered regional security," the Foreign Ministry said, adding that Cyprus "stands in solidarity with our partners."
