A car accident between two vehicles occurred a short while ago in Nicosia.
According to initial information from the police under unknown circumstances two vehicles collided with each other on Famagusta Avenue in Aglatzia, resulting in one person being injured.
An ambulance rushed to the scene and transported him to Nicosia General Hospital, while the Fire brigade was called for extrication of the driver.
Members of the police are at the scene for on-site examinations.
