Important evidence has been obtained from the Onassisio What is the syndrome invoked by the mother for little Georgina The retired officer of the EL.AΣ Thanasis Katerinopoulos

Every day that passes more and more anxiety about what is behind the deaths of the three little girls of the Daskalakis family in Patras. Family, relatives, police, medical and nursing staff and the public are waiting for the results of the toxicology tests of Georgina, hoping that the solution to the mystery of her death will finally be found. At the same time, investigations continue in every direction, testimonies and statements are evaluated daily, while the data collected by the Homicide Department are gathered in order to put all the pieces of the difficult puzzle in order and form a picture of what has happened with the death of the three girls, starting with Georgina.

The targeting has not changed at all, despite the allegations made. Significant evidence has been taken from the Onassis Hospital, followed by evidence and reports from Aglaia Kyriakou. In the next 24 hours a team of officers will go to Patras to take successive statements from doctors and nurses of the Karamandaneio, the Patras ICU and the pediatric clinic.

The retired officer of the EL.AΣ Thanasis Katerinopoulos expresses his certainty that this is a crime by the same human hand and even revealed that someone asked the funeral home to cover the bruises on one of the children and the same person returned before the funeral to see if this was done properly. The funeral home avoided answering the journalists' questions.

"I will make an appeal to my old colleagues, let them find that funeral home in Patras and ask who made that child and who went and was informed - reportedly - if the bruises were covered. I'm not talking about the kid who had abrasions. I would like to think that the people who came to me also went to homicide. If they didn't go to homicide let homicide go to them."

Doctors find no scientific explanation

New information coming to light makes it even more difficult to find a scientific explanation-"answer"-to how Malena, Iris and Georgina disappeared in a short period of time. According to information from doctors specialising in the sudden deaths of children and young people, research has been carried out into four or five hereditary syndromes that could explain the children's deaths, but it has been shown that they did not suffer from any of these syndromes. With regard to the syndrome referred to by the mother, Roula Pispirigou, about little Georgina's cardiac arrhythmia - that is, when she has tachycardia and when she has bradycardia - it is a syndrome caused by degeneration of coronary artery disease and is recorded exclusively in people over 70 years of age.

At the same time, doctors from the Karamandaneio Hospital of Patras stress that the mother's reports about the arrival of doctors as soon as the problem appeared in Georgina are false, with one of the doctors claiming that at that time he was in another part of the hospital - something he is expected to testify to the authorities.
