The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Public Health Service Organisation wishes to inform that, the Council of Ministers has approved, pursuant to Article 3 (1) of the Legal Entities under Public Law (Appointment of Directors General) Acts 1990 to 2017, the decision of the Board of Directors of the State Health Insurance Fund for the substitute appointment of Mr. Cyprus Stavridis, Chief Financial Officer of OKYPY, to the position of Director General (Executive) of OKYPY for a period of two months[/B], from 22/01/2022 to 21/03/2022.
The Board of Directors of the Agency wishes to thank Mr. Christis Loizidis for his cooperation and his significant contribution to the Agency. "His contribution to both the administrative and operational organisation of the OCYPY and the response to the pandemic was invaluable".
The Board also wishes to assure that the State Health Services Agency has been organized to a considerable extent administratively and operationally, with human resources and procedures that allow it to continue its work unhindered at the level of the central administration and directorates and to achieve its strategic objectives, which are the administrative and financial autonomy of the Agency and the provision of quality health services to citizens.
OCYPY, the largest provider of health services in Cyprus, will continue to modernize and upgrade its services based on a long-term patient-centered strategic plan. At the same time, it will continue to deal with the pandemic successfully, treating all patients suffering from coronavirus, as it has done so far.
