The body of a man in Lake Voulismeni in Agios Nikolaos, Lassithi, Crete, was seen at 10:30 in the morning by passers-by who were frightened and called the coast guard and the police.
According to the Port Authority of Agios Nikolaos, it is a 69-70-year-old man who remains unknown how he was found floating dead in the lake.
An autopsy will be performed on the lifeless body of the unfortunate man, while the preliminary investigation of the incident is carried out by the Port Authority of Agios Nikolaos.
