A coronavirus positive parent went to a school and attacked a headmaster in Free Famagusta.
The incident took place last Friday, and the Principal of the high school reported the incident to police.
As stated in the complaint, the Principal asked to see a student when he was informed that despite being in close contact, three members of her family were positive and she went to school instead of remaining in detention. The student admitted the incident to the principal resulting in the principal asking her parents to arrange for her removal from the school.
The student's father, despite the fact that she was coronavirus positive went to the school in a rage, cursing, threatening and attacking the principal.
Police are investigating the incident with the father facing two charges of assaulting and threatening the principal and for violating his quarantine.
