Cavusoglu Turkey will not participate in sanctions against Russia While Erdogan is in his world
Turkey[/B] will not participate in sanctions against Russia, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu made clear.
According to Anadolu Agency, the Turkish foreign minister stressed that Turkey has no intention of joining the sanctions that all countries are imposing on Russia one by one in retaliation for its invasion of Ukraine.

At the same time, Recep Tayyip Erdogan appears... to his world and asks the European Union to show the same sensitivity that it has shown to Ukraine regarding Turkey's membership of the Union.
"The European Union should show the same sensitivity regarding Ukraine's accession and for Turkey," the Turkish president said at a press conference held today in Ankara.
Erdogan called on Russia and Ukraine to immediately stop fighting, while addressing the European Union to show the same sensitivity regarding Ukraine's accession and for Turkey.
He also said "it is important for all actors in our region and beyond to bring peace to the forefront of regional peace and stability."
On Kosovo's NATO membership, Erdogan said: "We are taking steps to recognize Kosovo and we recognize Kosovo as a member of NATO. We have always defended that enlargement to NATO would be beneficial, and we are still defending it today. We want it for world peace."
