Several sectors remain dysfunctional for the fourth day, due to the bad weather Elpida that hit mainly Attica, but also Crete.

Government spokesman Yannis Economou, in a statement, clarified the ways in which Attica and Crete will return to relative normality.
Schools
Today Thursday (27/01) and tomorrow Friday (28/01), after consultation with the regions, schools will not operate in person but by tele-education.
Early childhood centres, crèches and kindergartens, creative activity centres for children, creative activity centres for children and people with disabilities and two-day day care centres will be closed today and tomorrow.
Private and public sector
For now there is a strong recommendation for teleworking in the private sector where possible, while in the public sector there will be teleworking depending on the needs of services and any access problems.
Courts
Courts will not be open today and tomorrow.
Shops
Shop opening hours for today are 10:00am to 6:00pm.
Delivery and courier
Delivery and courier services are not permitted today.
Vaccinations
Today the scheduled children's vaccinations will not take place at the mega vaccination centre Prometheus and at Pedon Penteli.
All other vaccinations for children and adults will take place as usual. For those who do not attend a scheduled appointment, a text message will be sent for a new appointment.
Hellenic Union of Banks: Banks open on Thursday 27/1 across the country
Bank branches in Attica, Boeotia, Evia, Crete and South Aegean will be open to the public today, but with significant restrictions, according to an announcement by the Hellenic Union of Banks.
