Cyprus Times[/B] reports that DISY President Averof Neophytou is preparing to address all members of the party.
More specifically, it seems that the President of DISY is ready to make a change in the party's constitution, so that the party's candidate for the presidential elections will be decided not only by the Supreme Council, which consists of 1800 members, but by all members of the Democratic Rally.
Averof Neophytou is expected to make statements at 1 and 15.
