A robbery of a kiosk on Kolonaki Street in Limassol was committed last night, with the perpetrators deploying a gun and a knife in order to extract money from the 31-year-old employee.

Specifically, the robbery was committed shortly after 4am when 3 unknown persons wearing protective masks entered the kiosk and under the threat of a pistol and a knife snatched 750 euros from the cash register.

Members of the Limassol CID immediately rushed to the scene for examinations and it was found that these were persons of Asian origin.

The examinations are ongoing.
