The defense lawyer of the family, Alexis Kougias, made serious complaints about the handling of the authorities regarding the murder of 19-year-old Alkis.
Speaking to MEGA, Kougias stressed that the authorities, instead of confiscating the weapons in the compound and prosecuting the 23-year-old arrested for criminal organization, separated the cases, saying that it was an act of intent.
According to Kougias, there were guns in the hideout, to which the perpetrators fled after killing the 19-year-old, which bore their genetic material, but the police overlooked them.
At the same time, he stressed that a thorough examination of the eyewitnesses of the deadly attack must be carried out, while he criticized the statements of the perpetrators, regarding the suspect who fled to Albania.
