A short time after the reopening of traffic on the Nicosia-Pafos motorway -which had been stopped due to a truck overturning- a new accident involving a truck was reported on the road connecting the port to the motorway, in the area of the Mall in Limassol.
Specifically, around 18.15 in the afternoon, under unclear circumstances, in the area of the Mall in Limassol, in Zakaki, a lorry carrying a container overturned while trying to pass through a roundabout.
Due to the overturning of the lorry, the glassware inside the container was scattered all over the road, causing the traffic police to stop the passage of vehicles.
Efforts are currently being made to clear the road so that the road can be reopened to traffic.
