A 47-year-old convict who was hospitalized in Nicosia Hospital has died.
As the Prisons Department said in a statement announcing his death, he was a 47-year-old convict who had been hospitalised at the Nicosia General Hospital for the last few days and had already undergone surgery.
"As the Prisons Department, we express our deepest condolences and support to the family."
