A 44-year-old man, a resident of Famagusta district, appeared before an Famagusta court today for the hearing of the case concerning offences such as:
Driving a motor vehicle without being covered by a safety certificate, the driver refusing to provide a sample for a preliminary drug test and violation of a court order, namely, driving a motor vehicle while deprived of the right[/B] to hold a driver's license.
The court, imposed on the 44-year-old man the sentence of 30 days' immediate imprisonment, deprivation of a driver's license for a period of 90 days and five points of imprisonment.
It should be noted that these offenses were committed on 03/30/2021 in the community of El. District of Famagusta.
