The "health ministry" announced on Monday that 26,197 tests were carried out in the last 24 hours in the occupied territories and 408 new cases of coronavirus were identified.
Of these, 185 cases were detected in occupied Nicosia, 76 in occupied Kyrenia, 114 in occupied Famagusta, 4 in occupied Trikomo, 22 in occupied Morphou and 7 in occupied Lefka,
In the occupied territories the total number of cases is now 65,062. Since the beginning of the pandemic in the occupied territories 188 people have died from coronavirus.
