While the investigation into the complaint of the 24-year-old girl who was a victim of gang rape in Thessaloniki is ongoing, a new complaint is coming to light about a reality TV player who allegedly spanked a 16-year-old girl.
According to reports from Alpha Hellas, the 16-year-old girl filed a lawsuit against a reality TV player currently airing on Greek television, accusing him of insulting her sexual dignity. The complaint is currently being evaluated by the prosecution authorities.
The 16-year-old girl claimed that she was returning home after a night out when the reality TV player grabbed her by the hood andsmacked her on the hips. He suggested she follow him home to get a massage. The teen escaped, headed home and told her parents what happened. They subsequently went to the police station and filed a complaint, with authorities contacting the player by phone. According to the same information, the player denied any involvement in the incident and no criminal charges have been brought against him.
The 16-year-old's lawyer Maria Galliou told Alpha Hellas that "this is an incident that happened in December 2021. The perpetrator carried out treatments on the thighs, near the 16-year-old's genital area and on the buttocks. He asked her to accompany him to his residence. The sufferer repeatedly refused and the incident ended." "It all happened in a public place in the early hours of the morning. The minor immediately ran home and in the morning she narrated the incident to her parents. She went to the authorities showing her trust in the institutions, she immediately reported the incident."
