Two toddlers with measles were released from Makarios Hospital on Tuesday, hospital chief Avraam Ilias said.
The toddlers, 17-months and 22-months old, were both unvaccinated for the disease, the doctor had said.
Ilias said a seven-month-old baby that had also been brought in with measles remains in the hospital for further treatment.
In total so far five cases of measles have been reported to the hospital this year.
Ilias said that they are concerned about a potential spread of measles, as there is a large chunk of the population that are unvaccinated against the disease.
Measles vaccinations he said, are at 80 per cent, adding that the guideline for herd immunity to measles is 95 per cent.
He added that there is a concern in Europe also over the rise of measles, and that the health ministry is working to monitor the situation.
